The USA store processes payments in US Dollars (USD). Your order confirmation emails and invoice will show prices in US Dollars (USD) but international orders are charged in your local currency at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the order. Pricing may be changed at our discretion and without notice.
Please be aware that orders sent to Utah will incur State Tax of 5.95% (of the order amount). This is because SHOOT BABY!™ has a business presense in Utah, USA and is required by law to collect/pay tax for Utah orders.
We trade in US Dollars (USD) only.
SHOOT BABY!™ USA uses PayPal to process it's transactions. With PayPal you can pay by Credit Card, your Bank account or your PayPal account.
Please ensure that payment is received by us within five business days of the sale. We reserve the right to relist the item and cancel the sale if payment is not received within five business days.
Orders are generally posted out within 2 business days and delivery time varies on the products purchased and your location. Generally all orders are received within 5 business days if you are located in the USA and 12 business days if located overseas. Parcels are trackable whilst in the USA and you will receive the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email from SHOOT BABY! This is a general guide and please be aware that if you're located outside the USA your parcel has a small risk of being held up by a random Customs check.
SHOOT BABY!™ USA currently delivers to most countries near the USA. If your country is not listed on the USA Store, please try our other 2 stores in the UK and Australia. Postage is through UPS and most orders are trackable. For insurance information, please read down the bottom of this page.
Customs, Duties & Taxes - Please be aware that orders posted outside the USA be subject to local Custom's duties and/or local taxes. Please check with your local authority to ascertain applicable rates. Any additional charge must be borne by the recipient. It is also possible that your parcel may be randomly selected by Customs for random security checks, etc.
SHOOT BABY!™ USA has no control over this and by placing an order with SHOOT BABY!™ you understand and accept that there may be a potential delay in delivery of your parcel due to Customs.
If a product you would like is listed as “out of stock” please contact us and we will endeavour to order it for you or for you to be placed on a list to be one of the first to know when the item is back in stock. In the unlikely event that an item displayed becomes unavailable we will contact you to organize an alternative product, place the item on backorder for you or cancel the order.
If your order contains an item on Back Order, the whole order will be sent together, when the Back Ordered items are in stock. If this does not suit you, please make 2 separate orders (one for the item/s in stock and another for the Back Order item/s).
If your order hasn't been shipped yet you may be able to cancel it by emailing us at email@example.com. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.
Refund and Exchange Policy
SHOOT BABY!™ USA understands that Internet shopping is different from being able to pick-up and hold items the way you do in a conventional store. That is why we promise to provide the best products possible. However, if you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase we will cheerfully return/exchange the item/s provided:
1. All items are returned within 30 days of receipt. No exchange, credit or refund can be given after 30 days for change of mind or if you have made a wrong decision.
2. The product(s) must be as new, ie: unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and box/satchel.
3. Email us with the following details at hand: Your Name, Invoice Number, Product Name, Reason for Return and Request for replacement, exchange, credit or refund.
4. You will then be given further instructions from our staff.
Please note: Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable unless product is deemed faulty. Under no circumstances will a refund or credit be given if the products received are used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged or without original packaging and/or tags attached. These items will be returned to the customer with the customer responsible for any return shipping costs.
If you have requested a refund, a credit will be issued, via the same payment method used, usually within 7 days of receipt of returned goods. Please allow 2-10 days for the refund to appear in your account. If exchanging the item you may select an alternative product, however if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay for the difference.
We charge a minimum shipping charge when replacing goods (unless faulty).
**Exceptions to Returnable Products**
Products offered on Sale are not returnable unless faulty. This type of sale is considered final. From time to time some products may be offered at a discounted price due to slight damaged or a small fault, this will be detailed on the product page. These items are also not returnable and the sale is considered final.
Insurance - Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels
In most instances, parcels are covered by SHOOT BABY! provided you have not authorised for the parcel/s to be left on your doorstep should nobody be there to sign for it.
